Details: 321 HS Undercoat is a low VOC, 2 coat epoxy finish primer. Utilizing an advanced resin technology and optimized pigment package, 321 HS Undercoat can be applied in two coats, yielding excellent flow and leveling properties previously unseen in most high solids finishing primers. 321 HS Undercoat is the ideal primer for all Awlgrip topcoats with an as applied VOC of 2.8 lb/gal (340g/lt), together with an easy to sand, long overcoat window. For above waterline use only.
