ARCS-33 is a non-hydrocarbon based degreaser/tar remover. Because it is made with refined soybean oils and citrus based oils, it has none of the environmental hazards commonly associated with chlorinated or hydrocarbon based solvents. ARCS-100 has a flash point of over 200 F (M.O.C.) and meets all R.C.R.A. rules.
